Description

Whole oat flakes, a natural source of fiber and protein, excellent for breakfast or for making strictly gluten-free desserts.

INGREDIENTS: Flakes of oats wholemeal gluten-free.

DIRECTIONS: Add 50 g of oat flakes (two heaped scoops) to 100 ml of water, milk, or yogurt. You can vary the amount of liquid to achieve the desired consistency.
