Ready-to-drink sports supplement based on beta-alanine, citrulline and taurine with ginseng and rhodiola extract specifically formulated for pre-workout.
INGREDIENTS: Water, beta-alanine, 17% apple juice from apple juice concentrate, L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (aakg), L-citrulline malate, glucuronolactone, rhodiola (root) extract (Rhodiola rosea) (1% salidroside, 1% rosavin), 3% lemon juice from lemon juice concentrate, acidity regulator (citric acid), choline bitartrate, Korean ginseng (root) extract (Panax ginseng) (1% ginsenosides), flavoring, color (sulfate ammonium caramel), sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose, neotame), preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: The recommended dose is 45 ml. Take a single dose - 15 ml (1 tablespoon) 3 times a day.
On training days: first dose in the morning after waking up, second dose 30 minutes before training, third dose immediately after training.
