INGREDIENTS: Acetyl L-Carnitine HCl; Stabilizers: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; Anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable origin).

DIRECTIONS: Swallow 1 capsule daily with water or other liquid of your choice.
