A dietary supplement in vegetable softgels based on a balanced blend of chia seed, evening primrose, flaxseed, blackcurrant, and sunflower oils. Contains vitamin E.

INGREDIENTS: Flaxseed oil (Linum usitatissimum L.), vegetable softgel (modified starch, glycerin), chia seed oil (Salvia hispanica), sunflower seed oil (Helianthus annuus L.), evening primrose seed oil (Oenothera biennis L.), blackcurrant seed oil (Ribes nigrum L.), vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate).

DIRECTIONS: Take 2 vegetable softgels daily, preferably before meals, with a little water or other beverage of your choice.
