Produced in a factory that uses ingredients derived from milk, eggs, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, cereals containing gluten, fish, crustaceans, molluscs .DIRECTIONS: Dissolve 1 serving (17.5 g = 1.5 scoops) in 250 ml of water, shaking in a shaker for at least 10 seconds. Take once daily.
