Supplement based on maltodextrin and fructose in a 2:1 ratio enriched with sodium indicated for maintaining hydration in case of long-duration endurance activities.
INGREDIENTS (Lemon Flavor): water, maltodextrin (36.4%), fructose (18.2%), sodium citrate, acidifier: citric acid, thickener: xanthan gum, natural flavor, preservative: potassium sorbate, nicotinamide, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine mononitrate.
HOW TO USE: Take 1-2 gels per hour of sporting activity.
