Protein food supplement with sweeteners, based on micellar caseins (from milk proteins) particularly suitable for athletes, instantly soluble.

Casein is a protein source with high biological value and an optimal amino acid content. Casein is a slow-digesting protein, which means it releases its amino acids slowly.

INGREDIENTS (Chocolate Flavor): Micellar caseins from milk proteins milk ; Cocoa powder; Flavourings; Emulsifier: lecithin soy ; Salt; Sweetener: sucralose; Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6).

DIRECTIONS: Take one 30g serving (3 scoops) daily mixed with 200-300ml of water or other liquid of your choice. The volume of liquid added affects the flavor intensity and density of the product; it does not affect digestibility or assimilability. Take the product throughout the day as a snack, between main meals, or after training or sports activities, or before bedtime.
Preparation in a glass: The product is instant, meaning you don't need a shaker to prepare it. Pour a portion of the product into the glass, add water, and mix with a spoon for a few seconds.
Shaker mix: Bringing a shaker with you to the gym is the best way to get an effective dose of protein immediately after your workout. Place a serving of the product in a shaker, add water, cover with the cap, and shake for a few seconds.
