INGREDIENTS: Oil Fish (triglycerides), gelatin (bovine), firming agent (glycerol), dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate.
Each capsule contains 500 mg of fish oil.

HOW TO USE:
Adults: 2-4 capsules daily.
Children over 3 years of age: 1-2 capsules per day.
