Food supplement with sweeteners suitable for adult athletes, especially those who have performed very intense and prolonged physical exercise that leads to muscle fatigue, with carbohydrates, creatine, glutamine, vitamins and mineral salts.

INGREDIENTS: Maltodextrin DE6; Whey Protein milk concentrated and predigested [emulsifier: lecithin (contains soy )]; Flavourings; Acidifier: citric acid; Micronized creatine monohydrate; Anhydrous sodium phosphate; Colour: beetroot red; L-Glutamine (Kyowa Quality); Dipotassium phosphate; Sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame K; Magnesium oxide; Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C); Nicotinamide (Vitamin PP); Dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate (Vitamin E); Calcium pantothenate (Vitamin B5); Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6); Riboflavin (Vitamin B2); Thiamine hydrochloride (Vitamin B1); Pteroylmonoglutamic acid (Folic acid); Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12).

DIRECTIONS: Prepare the product by mixing 4 scoops = 80 g with 500 ml of water. It is recommended to take one serving once a day approximately 45 minutes before or during sports activity, or after intense physical activity (within the first 4 hours and no later than 6 hours afterward).
However, after intense physical activity, it is important to consume other sources of carbohydrates (drinks, foods) in addition to Amino Drink, which provides 53 g of carbohydrates per serving.
