INGREDIENTS: Fish Oil 70% [of which 56% Omega-3 (of which 28% EPA and 21% DHA), Capsule shell (gelatin, humectant: glycerin, purified water), DL-alpha tocopherol (Vitamin E).
Produced in a facility that also works milk, eggs, gluten, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, celery, fish, crustaceans, molluscs and sulfur dioxide .

DIRECTIONS: Take 2 capsules daily with water.
