Food supplement based on carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and beta-alanine useful for promoting hydration during medium-long term sports activities.
INGREDIENTS (Lemon Flavor): Potato starch, acid (citric acid), natural flavor, potassium citrate, sodium chloride, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), magnesium carbonate, zinc gluconate, sweetener (sucralose), DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), beta-alanine, color (curcumin), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1).
DIRECTIONS: Dissolve 1.5 scoops (20 g) of product in 500 ml of water and shake. Take regularly, in small doses of 150-200 ml every 15/20 minutes, during and after exercise.
