INGREDIENTS (Lemon Flavor): Potato Starch, Acid (Citric Acid), Natural Flavoring, Potassium Citrate, Sodium Chloride, L-Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Magnesium Carbonate, Zinc Gluconate, Sweetener (Sucralose), DL-Alpha-Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Beta-Alanine, Color (Curcumin), Thiamine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B1).
DIRECTIONS: Dissolve 1.5 scoops (20 g) of product in 500 ml of water and shake. Take regularly, in small doses of 150-200 ml every 15/20 minutes, during and after exercise.
